The Supply Chain Planning Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining and deleting master data for finished goods as well as some components in addition to providing administrative support to the Supply Chain Planning team. This position will communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers such as Engineering, Design, Finance, Merchandisers, IT developers, etc., to ensure integrity and consistency of data. This position requires great attention to detail as well as extreme accuracy with a strong understanding of work prioritization.
The Supply Chain Planning Administrator will monitor Supply Chain Planning system nightly processes for completion as well as any errors that occurred during the nightly processes and notify appropriate personnel of any issues. This position is also responsible for creating, updating and saving reports needed for the Supply Chain Planning department.
Essential Functions:
Create, maintain and delete Master Data records; research information to ensure accuracy and collaborate with other departments to determine correct information to be entered into the system.
Maintain and monitor master data for accuracy and consistency (Descriptions, General Descriptions, Item Classes, Unit of Measure, Item Type, Qty Per Box, etc.)
Review the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) monitor to ensure all of the nightly processes have completed; provide feedback and escalate as appropriate.
Review SCP message files for any errors in the nightly process and provide feedback and escalate issues as appropriate.
Document daily SCP system statistics on a daily basis, communicate any stats that are outside the norm.
Monitor the department's drive disk space and delete or zip/compress files needed for further use.
Generate and maintain multiple reports and departmental Key Process Indicators to support the Supply Chain Planning team.
Job Requirements
Associate Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
3 years' experience in an office environment, Required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
