ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
+ Administrates attendance program for all team members within the complex.
+ Performs tasks such as setting up files on all new personnel, and filing confidential information in team member files.
+ Processes applications, employment forms, enrollment forms, pay change requests, informational and other confidential forms and records. Enrolls new team members in various programs and assists in explaining benefits program.
+ Maintains and distributes, as appropriate, current team member information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications.
+ Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports as requested.
+ Responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures; notifies higher level personnel of any potential issues.
+ Orders supplies to support human resources operations and various special events.
+ Administrates Engagement and Community Events Committees along with facilitation of the events.

+ Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
+ Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, and participates in or supports the E$P program
+ Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization
+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
+ 1-3 years previous experience preferred.
+ Considerable skill in problem solving, conflict resolution, and dealing with confidential information/situations
+ Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to communicate effectively with others in a manner that maintains harmony with co-workers.
+ Good computer skills including competency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), KRONOS, SAP, Outlook, and/or sincerely willing to learn.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
