The Product Owner serves as the primary interface between business partners and technology teams to deliver scalable technical solutions that align with business initiatives. The Product Owner plays key roles across many disciplines within the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, design, and testing. The Product Lead is responsible for aligning project delivery with technology and business strategies.

Primary Job Functions
This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.
1. Lead high-quality project execution across all phases of the business application support lifecycle, including identifying and optimally defining and executing operational support process and activities, support ongoing change management, requirements definition, business and data rules requirements and refinements, and troubleshoot root causes.
2. Work with senior leadership (business, operations and IT) to understand business direction and delivery project results
3. Drive the assistance in scoping, structuring and sizing projects across the business, IT and operations.
4. Drive and support ongoing functional and pre-UAT testing activities
5. Support major issue governance, including escalation management, communication, remediation actions, change process control and ability to identify and manage risks
6. Effectively communicate program objectives, direction, status, and approach to all stakeholders including senior leadership
7. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis.
8. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
9. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
10. Perform system set-up, configuration, administrative duties and testing.
11. Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation.
12. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
13. Develop user manuals associated with the applications and conduct user training as needed.
14. Maintain reference documentation that includes definition and source of data elements.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business, or related field, Required
5 years experience in a technology environment, Required
2 years experience in a Microsoft Dynamics/AX environment, Required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
