Doherty Staffing Solutions, in partnership with our client in Arcadia, WI is currently interviewing for Food Production Associates. These are direct hire positions and you can work full-time or part-time. Summer positions now available.
SUMMARY
The Food Production Associate is responsible for preforming a variety of production centered tasks on a rotating basis to support the production of value added poultry products to meet order fulfillment needs. This position's rotation duties may include but are not limited to rehang, CO2 boxes, rework, bulking product, warehouse, traying and flex line. The starting pay for these positions ranges from $11.66-$12.66/hr.
Our client offers a Car Pool Incentive Program which pays $3 per person/per day to the driver - he/she would count as a person also.
New Hire Bonus $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $1000 after 1 year = $2000
Referral Bonus up to $1500

Day shift hours Evisceration Department:
Monday-Friday 5:35am-end (usually no later than 3:30pm)
$11.66/hr.
Night shift hours Evisceration Department:
Sunday-Thursday 9:15pm-5:35am
$12.66/hr.
Day shift hours Retail Department:
Monday-Friday 7:40am-end (usually no later than 5:30pm)
$11.66/hr.
Night shift hours Retail Department:
Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-7:40am
$12.66/hr.
Day shift hours Food Service Department:
Monday-Friday 7:50am-end (usually no later than 5:30pm)
$11.66/hr.
Night shift hours Food Service Department:
Sunday-Thursday 10:40pm-7:50am
$12.66/hr.
FOOD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE DUTIES
The Food Production Associate duties include:
o Processes product using tools, manual labor, and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and our client company product standards and procedures
o Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations
o Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns.
o Clean and organized work area
o Perform other duties as assigned
FOOD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS
The Food Production Associate requirements include:
o MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
o Ability to comprehend simple instructions and to apply common sense
o Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
o Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees)
o Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
o Ability to multitask and work quickly
o Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart)
o Must have good communication skills
o Capable of learning and remembering product specifications
o Capable of lifting and carrying 40
pounds
o Good hand and eye coordination required
