Human Resource Manager

This position is responsible for the full spectrum of the HR Management function including recruiting, training and development, and benefits management. This person is responsible for ensuring compliance with current employment regulations and laws. This person works closely with all supervisors and managers in coaching and discipline, performance management, and calculating hours worked. This person assists with record management, maintains and develops job descriptions, policies/procedures, and updates to employee handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible for all recruiting, New Hire and Benefit orientation and training
Responsible for identifying training needs, developing training programs and delivering the training
Responsible for all employee records management and retention
Responsible for processing time and attendance data in IOITime
Responsible for compliance with current regulations and laws in relation to employment for WI and MN
Responsible for coaching and disciplining staff
Responsible for developing and implementing the Performance Evaluation process
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employees, supervisors and managers
Manages employee benefits within current regulations
Assists in writing new job descriptions and maintaining current job descriptions
Assists in developing, maintaining and enforcing company policies
Must have a valid driver's license
Good driving record that meets our insurance company requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business or related area or at least 5 years of HR Management experience required
PHR/ SPHR designation preferred
This is a regular full time exempt position with a benefit package including Medical, Dental, Short Term Disability and Life insurances; 401k retirement plan; paid holiday and paid vacation and sick time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
