You will work primarily within the Continuous Improvement:
Product Quality Group of the Ashley Companies on the advancement of product-line wide quality performance to meet or exceed the organization's strategic quality plans. This will assist in increasing overall customer satisfaction by reducing the frequency and customer impact of quality issues. What Do You Need? Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience 5 years' experience in Quality improvement and process design in a manufacturing environment A basic understanding of Continuous Improvements methodologies Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective time management and organizational skills Proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment Who Are We?
